We’re back with another changelog! This time, it’s mainly about dashboards - featuring major enhancements and improvements across the entire platform.

This release brings a powerful set of updates focused on how data is visualised and presented to users, making it easier than ever to surface meaningful insights at a glance. We will be adding more in the coming future so reach out to us if you have any feedback on what you would like to see next!

Dashboards

This release we've focused on tidying up our existing one in novated, while also adding a "My Dashboard" for individual assignees in the sales side - this should help give you some insight on where things are and what to action next.

Sales

You can now see your current MTD compared to previous months, along with Last 30, 60 or 90 days.

This will give you breakdown of your commission (value and percentage), and Net Amount Financed along with what deals need a follow up and many more breakdowns! Check it out in the platform.

Novated

From novated side we have added Finance & Transaction related metrics. While most of them are quite straightforward, we would like to stress primarily on Lease Management Collected(see below).

Lease Management Collected - The figure you see for a month is actual money collected as part of paid invoices for that month and can be safely moved out of your Karia bank account. This has been a much awaited metric and has been requested by quite a few clients.

Employer Invoices

We've surfaced a view to see all invoices for when you are in the employer context.

Fuel Transactions

This release introduces a new Karia-format fuel transaction template, making it easier to prepare and upload fuel data into the platform. Simply use our standardised template, paste in your transaction data, and upload it directly into Karia. The template is designed to support a wide range of fuel card scenarios, particularly for providers working with multiple fuel card providers.

Fixes and Improvements

Improved Asset related transaction filtering: you can now properly search your asset transactions, as well as filter by transaction status, type and date range.
Fixed an edge case when driveaway price was not provided the page would not load.
