Not sure if this is the right place for submitting feedback, but here are some thoughts on the Novated Driver app:
It would be great if claims could be submitted via a web portal. Getting files onto my phone is a bit of a hassle. I also found the Android file picker difficult to use since it doesn’t display filenames, and it seems odd that PDFs aren’t accepted as a valid file type—only images—which meant I had to convert all my PDF receipts.
On the positive side, I really like how simple the claim form is—only needing to enter an amount without extra details like dates or locations is very handy. The claims also seemed to be processed quickly, which was great.
